Happy 8th birthday, Joanna!

This year, instead of asking for physical presents, Joanna's family has decided that what would bring her the most happiness is a gift to one of her favorite places in the world--the Santa Barbara Zoo.

Elephants are one of Joanna's favorite animals, and no trip to a zoo is complete without Elephant Time.

Elephants need mental and physical activity to stay healthy, and one way to do this is to challenge them to find and work to retrieve food and treats as they would in the wild.

Please donate to help the Santa Barbara Zoo purchase a hay net ($525) for the elephants. This allows the elephants to problem-solve and manipulate their trunks in order to get food.
